ORPRA INC is a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit organization registered in the state of New York. Following the rise of the Union Riveartibonitian Soccer (USR) team in the first division of the national championship (Edition 2020 – 2021), the administrators called on Rivartibonitians living both in foreign lands and in Haiti in order to be able to meet their financial needs.

After assessing the situation, it was agreed to launch a fundraising campaign. In order to better structure the initiative, some have suggested the creation of a sports association of Rivartibonitians abroad (ASRE). On March 1, 2020, ASRE was born. It was favorably received by the Rivartibonitian diaspora of the American and European continents. For some, it was not necessary to concentrate efforts only on the evolution of soccer but rather and above all to work to globally change the face of the City of Crête-à-Pierrot. Shortly after its creation, ASRE had to give way to ORPRA INC (Organization for the Recovery of Petite Riviere De l’Artibonite).
